To keep your drum sounding and looking its best:
• Store it in a dry place away from moisture(prefer in soft bag).
• Wipe it with a soft dry cloth after playing to remove fingerprints and oils.
• If needed, apply a light coat of natural oil (like coconut or mineral oil) to the surface to protect the finish.
• Avoid dropping or exposing it to extreme temperatures and direct sunlight.
• Store it in a dry place away from moisture(prefer in soft bag).

Yes! Every Tibi Drum comes with a lifetime warranty. This warranty covers:
• Tone stability guarantee – The tuned notes will retain their pitch over time. If any note goes out of tune, it qualifies for a warranty replacement.
• Critical damage repair – Covers severe damage to the tongues or drum body.

Yes, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery, as long as the drum is in its original condition. Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility.

Right now, I don’t offer 432 Hz tuning — I’d love to, but I don’t yet have the proper equipment to do it accurately. All drums are currently tuned to the standard 440 Hz, which works great with most instruments and music around the world. That said, 432 Hz tuning is something I’m hoping to add in the future! If it’s important to you, let me know — and be sure to follow me on social media to stay in the loop when new options become available.
